Meet the Technical Architect Behind ArquiStruct
Thomas is the Founder and Technical Architect at ArquiStruct, bringing more than 10 years of hands-on experience working across construction, project management and technical inspections.
He holds a Bachelor of Architectural Technology & Construction Management (Honors) from KEA – Copenhagen School of Design & Technology in Denmark, and has worked on a wide range of residential and commercial projects before specialising in new-build inspections for international buyers on the Costa del Sol
.
With a technical background and practical field experience, Thomas is able to identify construction defects, non-compliance issues and quality deviations that are often overlooked during standard handovers. This independent perspective helps clients make informed decisions during property acquisition, renovation or developer negotiations.
Today, Thomas focuses on delivering detailed snagging inspections, property condition surveys and technical reporting, ensuring new-build homes meet the expected standards of finish, safety and performance.
